FRENCH TOAST

4 Slices of Homemade Egg Sesame Bread - 
Cut to 1-1/2" thick

1/2 Cup Cream or Half 'n Half

3 Eggs

1/2 tsp.  Sugar

1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

1/2 tsp. Rum Flavoring

1 Tbls. Orange Zest (Don't mix in with the Batter-
just sprinkle on top of toast)

Good Maple Syrup on top -

(or like we had this morning-
Fresh Sliced Strawberries & Whipping Cream)
